We have 1 single space in the garage, 2 full size spaces in the driveway. vehicles that have commercial signage on them must fit in the garage due to HOA rules. No overnight parking on the street by HOA rules. Do not block sidewalk with cars in driveway.

We allow infants, however we are not stocked to handle their sleeping needs

If we do not have a same day turnover, we may be able to accommodate an early check in or late check out. This information may not be available until the day your arrivel or the day before you leave depending on incoming reservations.

We will e mail you the address and key code the day before arrival.

There's a Q code to scan that has you accept the house rules and this gives you the internet name and password.

We will call after you get settled in. We like to speak to our guests live after the check in to make sure all is well and you are pleased with your accommodations. Although we are not available in person, we are only a call or text away. Our Housekeeeper pitches in if we have a need for person to person contact. 

Kitchen is fully equipped to handle your guest needs. Extensive dishware, glasses, cups, service ware to handle a full day for a family of 9. We have an entire closet of plasticware to make poolside service easy.

Amazing hardscaped pool area. The pool has a beautiful water feature and jetted spa. Lounge chairs around pool. Fully fenced for privacy. A Covered patio and Arbor with Edison lighting and overhead fan to enjoy the warm nights. Sliding door out to patio features a table w/ 4 chairs and 2 king wicker chairs to relax in. Guests may need to skim the pool at times. We have pool service on Mondays to take care of making sure it sparkly clean for your vacation.

Our security is cameras are focused on the driveway, side of house and front door, they record sound and video. There are no cameras that face to any private area of the home.

Children love the house, however due to the pool , depending on the age of the children this may not be a good fit for some famlies. Adult supervision is required at all times, there is no lifeguard on duty.

No events are allowed, and no outside visitors to the home without the agreement of the host.

Non Smoking property, including Cannabis.

The house is a single story,  however door width may not accommodate wheelchairs 

We have 3 Smart TVs, 1 in the Master bedroom, 1 in the Pool Table room and one in the family room Security Camera focused on the driveway.

We were traveling through Arizona due to a hurricane in Florida 2020. It was November and as were sitting outside we decided how great the area was.  Although summer is usually great in WA state, starting in October we become gray and drizzly damp... ugh ! We had a long-term rental we were thinking about selling, and this provided us with the opportunity to purchase this house. We have had the pleasure to meet neighbors and dive into our area we call our 2nd home. We continue to enjoy it during birthdays and gatherings <br />
You may have notice that we do not reviews listed. To explain our property background, when we first purchased the property, we had it handled through a platform that held our bookings, so we were not able to take those 23+ - 5 star reviews with us when we left the platform. So here we are... starting over with the "star" thing... but with great guest services instilled in us already! Rest assured we have had wonderful reviews we can share them with you if you 'd like.
